Clean selected text by removing spaces and symbols, then lowercasing it.
This extension is created with keeping online indian treasure hunts in mind. When you select a particular text ,it removes all the spaces and special characters from it and returns the answer in alphanumeric no space,no caps format.
The bundled manifest.json (MV3, only activeTab + scripting) diverges sharply from the live CWS-published manifest (MV2, 11 permissions including *://*/*, webRequest, webRequestBlocking, tabs, storage, unlimitedStorage). A publisher who ships an MV3 ZIP with minimal permissions while maintaining an MV2 listing with host-wide webRequest access could exploit the discrepancy — users' browsers may run the MV3 ZIP while Chrome Enterprise policy evaluation reads the MV2 listing. The discrepancy may reflect a benign version migration, but it cannot be verified from the bundled artifact alone and constitutes a material mismatch requiring disclosure.
